⑤ 「Offensive subjects?」 He probably wouldn't understand any of it, so feel free!

② 「Kissing this character」 If you like kisses of the big slobbery drooly sort, sure!
③ 「Flirting with this character」 He's a dog why would you even.
④ 「Fighting with this character?」 Sure but be warned he has a cannon and he knows how to use it >:T somewhat.
⑤ 「Punching this character (provided they can fight back)?」 Seeing as how not a lot of people are pomeranian fans -- trust me, I'm one of them even though I have two because AAAH BARKING AND FUR -- I would understand a kick or two if Missile really gets on your nerves. He's not very good with restraint.
⑥ 「Injuring/killing/etc. this character?」 He's a dog why would you even. See above. Killing please discuss with me first!
⑦ 「Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character?」 If you're really interested in what goes on in the mind of a dog, by all means! I would prefer to discuss it first, so we could thoroughly milk this telepathy/mind reading ability as much as we possibly can :)
⑧ 「Triggers?」 None!
⑨ 「Medical info?」 He's been killed twice in the series and had his fate changed every time through the power of Sissel's ghost tricks. From the canon point I'm taking him from he's technically still a ghost, so there's isn't really much in the way of medical info you could give to him.
⑩ 「Using magic on this character?」 If you really want to, run it by me first!
additional info;
In the series, Missile is killed and granted the powers of the dead; while they are vastly different from Sissel's Ghost Tricks, they're still very much potent. Obviously they're going to be nerfed in the bathhouse, but as he regains his memories he will also regain the ability/use of his powers in tandem.
As a ghost, Missile has the ability to switch objects that have the same shape, regardless of mass/density/size. For example, he can switch a football with a yam, a large car with a toy car, pizza and a ferris wheel, etc. Would you allow him to switch around your things if it ever comes up in rp (though given the scenario, I don't really see that happening often)? Bear in mind he'd only be trying to help out. Please let me know in the comments if you have an issue with it/give permission for him to do so!
Conversely, he's also able to switch from object to object to "possess" them. The only thing he can do is swap them out, so most of the times you won't really be able to tell that he's there. In ghost-time, which I'm guessing will be voided out here, he's also able to communicate with other ghosts/spirits of the dead, but because this is Yubaba's world I'm sure he'd be able to communicate with just about anyone. But he isn't going to make any secret of being a ghost, so if you have supernatural powers/ghost-senses, feel free to make a comment about his deadness!
